Refund Policy

Insurance Coverage Now does not sell insurance policies, and using our quote-matching service to submit a request costs you nothing. Because of this, most "refund" situations don't apply to us directly — but this page explains how charges and cancellations actually work when you use this site.

1. Our service is free to you

There is no fee to submit a request, get matched with an agent, or receive a call back through Insurance Coverage Now. We're compensated by referral fees from carriers and agents, not by charging visitors. Because we don't charge you anything, there is nothing for us to refund for the matching service itself.

2. Charges from a carrier or agent

If you choose to purchase a policy from a licensed agent or carrier we referred you to, any premium payments, fees, or charges are handled entirely by that agent or carrier — not by Insurance Coverage Now. Refunds, cancellations, and premium adjustments for an actual policy are governed by:

• The terms of the policy itself, including any free-look or cancellation period;
• The carrier's or agent's own refund and cancellation policies; and
• Applicable state insurance regulations.

If you want to cancel a policy or dispute a charge, please contact the carrier or agent who issued it directly. If you're not sure who that is, contact us and we'll try to help you track down the right contact.

3. Requesting that we stop contact

If you'd like us, or a partner agent, to stop contacting you, you can ask at any time using the contact details below or directly with the agent who reached out to you. There's no charge involved in this request, and we'll act on it as quickly as we reasonably can.

4. Errors or complaints

If you believe you were charged in error by a partner agent or carrier as a result of a referral from this site, or if you have a complaint about how a request was handled, please contact us with as much detail as you can (name, phone number used, approximate date, and the agent or carrier involved) so we can look into it.
